Pınar joined Pala’s investment team in 2023 with a focus on private equity and structured finance strategies.  She is involved across all aspects of investment cycle from origination and due diligence to strategic planning and monetization.

Prior to joining Pala, Pınar was an Associate at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in London where she advised global corporate clients on M&A, debt and equity capital market transactions across Technology and Industrials sectors.  She was also an Associate at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey for four years, conducting valuation and industry forecasts for Project Finance opportunities in the Energy and Tourism sectors alongside supranational lenders such as the EIB, World Bank and EBRD.

Pınar holds a Master of Finance degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University.
