Michael joined Pala as Legal Counsel in 2024 and focuses on legal, regulatory and transactional matters relating to Pala’s investment activities.

Prior to joining Pala, Michael spent over six years at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in London in the Asset Management practice. During that time, Michael advised sponsors and investment advisors in relation to the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds, and also advised clients in relation to managed accounts, co-investment schemes and secondary transactions. Michael has also spent time on secondment to Goldman Sachs, advising its Asset Management business.

Michael is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick.
